Pulled secondary (danforth) anchor and left it in the cockpit. Oliver is going to use it to anchor his boat further away so as to provide a comfortable distance between our two boats during a North wind.

That means I can take back the $100 worth of hardware I bought to lengthen my primary anchor. I didn't want to do this because in the event that my secondary anchor dragged, I would swing into the other boats around me. Now that Oliver is going to adjust his scope, I can rest assured knowing I will not drift onto the beach nor swing into the other boats.
