One of the fittings on the bottom of the salt water filter came off. Appears to have been jury rigged by dad. Tom had some other fittings and we tried to adapt but they failed to hold.

Investigation of cooling system revealed a plugged water hose coming out of the water pump. Blew out the gunk with fresh water, replaced 1/2 zincs and that was enough to fix water flow problem.

Need to replace salt water filter and hoses (5/8"). The engine works!!!!!!
