I arrived at my dinghy to find a zoning bylaw infraction notice (attached) taped to my dinghy. They blanketed every dinghy and canoe on the beach this morning. I think my friend Barnucka got a similar notice in Oak Bay a few years back. Will contact him to see what the upshot was. He still stores his dinghy on the beach at Oak Bay.
