Plumper Passage and Beyond
Sunny. NE 10 Kts. Flood tide
A perfect day on the water. Reached South past Discovery Island via Plumper Passage. Sailed til it was time to go home.
Prior to departure I cleaned the engine and sprayed WD40 to keep rust at bay. Also found a bottle of plastic scratch remover and it seems to have worked wonders on Starboard Salon window.
Also knocked the Mast pin back into place. I cleaned out starboard lazarette shelf. Threw out crap and brought home a bunch of stuff I'm not using. Moved stern tie to forward wet locker as it's seldom used. (I've never used it)
I photographed the stuffing box and will send photos to Gartside Marine.
I brought home one of the floorboards. Going to refinish.
Need to bring following to boat:
- paper towels
- rags (engine)
- Stainless polish
- Sailcoat spray lube
- Detergent to wash reef
- new can opener
T2's navigation station. This shot was taken while still on the pin in Cadboro Bay.
